Hi, I'm Shelley.
Event photography and videography make up some of my favorite and most dynamic projects. My strength to empathize with client needs and capture the energy of people is what I find makes my approach so successful – not to mention fun! My versatility in shooting styles and vast network enables a custom strategy suited to your event, whether I'm quietly in the background solo-shooting or orchestrating a team of hybrid shooters. I'm always a positive force on-location and can make anyone feel at ease in front of a camera. But you don't need me to tell you. You can see it in my work, and I hope to show you in action soon!

How do I book you?
I'm so glad you want to work together! Let's kick off the process by booking a call so I can get to know you and understand the needs of your event. Please send me a message through my contact form or email me@shelleymae.co. Looking forward to hearing from you!
What is your booking process?
Great question! In order to book your date(s), I require a 50% retainer and a signed agreement prior to the start of event. Final payment is due net-15 after the end of event. If you require a different process, we can discuss.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, PayPay, or credit card (added fees up to 5.6%).
10% consumption tax will be added for domestic clients.
Can you give me a fixed rate?
My pricing takes into account the full scope of needs and deliverables for each project and event. Therefore, my packages and rates are highly customized. Alternatively, I can create a proposed package based on budget.
Can you assemble a crew?
My versatile shooting and working style allows me to accommodate many different structures, including working solo or recruiting a crew. If a team is required for both photography and videography, I can handle hiring and management so you don't have to. Please note that this will add an additional producer's fee to the project budget.
How quickly can I get my assets?
Deliverables are based on project scope and requirements, but usually take anywhere from 7-10 business days for photography or 3-4 weeks for video edits (rush fee options are available.)
Do you provide your own equipment?
Absolutely. You won't have to worry about providing any equipment from a photography/videography standpoint, including lighting equipment. However, some projects will require that I have access to power sources or furniture, such as a table and chairs, that my clients provide.
