This is why I enjoy taking portraits; it's a beautiful opportunity to co-create with my clients. If you're nervous, I get it. I'll make it as casual and relaxed as possible for you. Plus, mini sessions are quick! It'll be over before you know it.

These mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back and I cannot add extra time for clients that arrive late. Please prepare to arrive on-location 10 minutes early to avoid wasting any precious minutes of your session. I will prepare you with the exact map location, including access details, in Yoyogi Park a week leading up to your session.

Mini sessions will all take place in one location in Yoyogi Park. I will confirm the exact location via email, including all details you'll need for the day of your session.

This is a common question I get, so I made a Pinterest board to help you out: https://pin.it/1xKlUFT. For fall leaves, I think neutral warm colors work best. For group photos, try to avoid being too matchy-matchy. Instead wear colors that complement each other.

Generally, I recommend wearing whatever makes you feel good! Seriously. Wear what you feel comfortable in and brings joy to your face. It's best to avoid plain white or black clothing and stripes or overcomplicated patterns. Equally, avoid wearing anything that doesn't seem to want to stay in place, bunches up, or gets a lot of wrinkles. Comfortable shoes is helpful for outdoor shoots, but feel free to bring a pair for camera. I welcome any props, jackets, accessories, or hats to spice up the shoot!

I trust that you have reviewed my portfolio and are hiring me for my artistic style and aesthetic. I will use my artistic judgment when it comes to editing and retouching. Anything outside of my natural style will be subject to an extra editing charge starting at ¥5,000 (including but not limited to removing elements, fixing clothing, etc).

Your mini-session includes 3 high-resolution edited digital images, but you'll have the option to purchase extra images starting at ¥2,500 each.

This is detailed in the invoice you'll receive after booking. Payment options include bank transfer, PayPay, PayPal, or cash. Every invoice includes Japan consumption tax.

A 50% retainer is required to confirm your booking and is non-refundable. Cancellations will be honored up to 7 days before your session date. Mini session offers are unique, but for serious and unavoidable circumstances I will accommodate makeups on another date (likely without fall leaves, however).

Please keep the following weekend, December 1-3, for potential makeups if weather is terrible.
