Brief: To document Mandala Club chefs training under No.1 Asia’s & World 50 Best Chef, Yoshihiro Narisawa, ahead of his new restaurant concept in Singapore. BEES by NARISAWA is Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa’s latest venture and his ground-breaking effort to celebrate Japanese street culture through gastronomy. Inspired by his time in Singapore during our 2023 Mandala Masters series, Narisawa has chosen Mandala Club Singapore as the home of his new permanent concept.
